It's been 1 week and 1 day since my dad died.
I thought it was time to try to listen to music again.
So far, Van Morrison, quietly in the background, is my way of putting my toe back in the water. There's such a melancholy sound to his music and somehow knowing he's probably drunk helps. :-) (I rarely drink)

I remember not being able to listen to music for a long time after my dad died. Good for you for taking baby steps to get back into the "normal" stuff (even if "normal" is different for you now). Also good for you for trying to find humor in things right now!
